North Texas Sunrise DAY 18

DAY 18
Tools necessary while installing panels: gloves, trowels, tape, pounder, chalk and chalkline, string, nippers, refreshing bottle of water.

Ferruccio inspired by the charcoal grout.  It tastes that good!

 Emily Rising!

More sitings of the ghost of Moss Lee Love, for whom the airport is named.

End of Day 18, with a visit from Martha!

North Texas Sunrise DAY 17

DAY 16

Today we grout!

Emily is thrilled!

Ferruccio focusing.

Detail of grouted Hop Clover flowers.  Now the 3D pieces really stand out.

The sky is looking great grouted in Delorean Grey.

North Texas Sunrise DAY 14

 DAY 14
MORE GROUT!

Yay!

And more pieces on the top, including a 3D Mexican Hat

The bottom section is grouted.  It makes the piece so much richer and fuller.  Ferruccio and I can't wait to see the sky.

End of day 14

The colors of tonight's sunset looked so familiar...

 DAY 13
Cleaning with a knife, who knew!

End piece, cut and ready to go

Finishing up the left end.

Now back to the right.

And then a little grout to finish off the day.

Emily LOVES sponging.  It is so satisfying!

Bottom = grout, Top = no grout
